Altos de Alem

The room had two TVs and two air conditioners, and otherwise everything was impeccable. A few little things could be better: no grater or can opener, a tiny wastebasket, and the bathroom showerhead only gave a trickle instead of a rain-like spray. Breakfast had pastafrola, croissants, fruit, salad, and other things, though the coffee was too weak for me. The space is very comfortable and the people are friendly. One thing to keep in mind, though it isn't entirely the complex's responsibility, was the number of children screaming without parents supervising them.

Mercedes at reception deserves a special mention. She was warm, attentive, and an impeccable hostess. All the staff were helpful and outstanding. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. The complex has thoughtful touches and a really peaceful feel, even though it's only a few blocks from the thermal complex. We had a pleasant stay in Federación and would gladly return and recommend it. Ten out of ten.

My princesses were delighted with the pool, breakfast, and air conditioning. The hotel is excellent and I highly recommend booking ahead. The pool is lovely, breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are super clean. Housekeeping is available if you ask, and the room I stayed in had air conditioning.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the staff service was top-notch. Breakfast was delicious and really complete, with gluten-free options too. Excellent place.
