Everything was spotless, and the staff were so helpful. We especially liked having a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy mate in the afternoon. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast fantastic, and there’s a pool on site. A lovely hotel for a family stay, highly recommended.

We were there as a family for a short stay and barely spent time at the hotel, mostly just showering and sleeping at night. The service and breakfast were good, and the place was very good value for money.

Our four days here were extremely stressful. We’d bought the hotel and insurance package through a bank, but the hotel wouldn’t recognize the payment. We also arrived during a change in management, with furniture, mattresses, and construction dust all over the apartment. I’d booked the “deluxe” superior room for its mini-fridge and small stove, yet there wasn’t a glass, plate, or piece of cutlery. We had to ask for two chairs to set our clothes on. The closet was just two open wooden shelves, with no doors or hangers. Breakfast was another disappointment: two croissants and “toast” made from thin baguette slices.

There was a locked connecting door to the room next door, and the sound carried right through it. I could hear the neighbors talking, watching TV, or slamming their door as though they were in our room.
