We cannot recommend this place under any circumstances. The accommodation was dilapidated, and the problems went well beyond discomfort into real safety concerns. My nieces traveled as a group of four, including one person with a disability. They found exposed electrical wiring on the wall, including bare wires and a splitter without a protective box, visible in the room and neither marked nor repaired. The refrigerator was rusty, with deep rust at the base and paint peeling completely; we have photos documenting this health concern. In the bathroom, the door frame was coming away from the wall, with obvious dampness and deep cracks. Privacy was another serious issue. Staff entered their room without warning or permission, and without our consent. Their treatment throughout the stay was terrible. There was no Wi-Fi at any point, despite it being advertised on all their platforms, so they had to use their own data. They were also told the hot springs entrance was right across the street, but that entrance was closed and the actual one was 400 meters away. That was especially difficult for someone with reduced mobility. They paid cash but received no invoice, ticket, or receipt. When we asked for one, nobody responded. We’ll be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities. I’m posting this so others, especially people traveling with children or someone with a disability, can make an informed decision.

It’s a beautiful place, and I’d recommend it, but it feels like maintenance has been neglected. Bathroom fixtures leak, some repairs look shoddy, and a few faucets don’t work right. It gives the impression the owners don’t come by or check the rooms. Even with those issues, the hotel itself is lovely.

We didn’t get the services we paid for, and the stay was stressful instead of relaxing. The Wi-Fi never worked, even though they charged for it, and the bathroom button was broken, so you had to reach inside your bag. Nobody took responsibility. The service was awful, the staff were aggressive, and they treated my children badly. There were also girls with special needs there. Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste money on services they don’t provide.

It’s a nice place with friendly people and plenty of potential, and I’d stay again, but only at a different price from what’s currently listed for bookings. The rooms and facilities are quite worn and need renovating. Service was generally good, though sometimes disorganized. One day, after we returned from the hot springs, they had lost our room key. They moved us to another room, but we couldn’t get our things from the original room to shower and change. We waited in the courtyard for almost an hour until a locksmith arrived. We’d left the keys early, around 8 am, and only got access to the room around 7 pm. It still hadn’t been cleaned. They hadn’t noticed the key was missing until my partner and I came back, even though there were more than six hours when they could have sorted it out. Aside from those details, the experience was good, and I would return.
