Manantial Hostería & Cabañas

We still think about this place because we adopted a dog who had shown up the day before we arrived. There are several very affectionate dogs around. Our room had a balcony facing the huge, well-kept park, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well too. The grounds also have a lovely pool, barbecue area, and river access, with cabins available as another option. Breakfast in the cozy restaurant and tea room was a treat, especially the scones. We were welcomed with bruschetta and a drink, and the staff looked after us wonderfully. Great value for money.

We came for lunch, and the food was really good without being expensive. They suggest calling ahead so they can get your meal ready. You can also reach the stream from here. The service, facilities, and peaceful setting make for a great combination.

The grounds are spacious, pretty, and relaxing, and the rooms felt roomy and comfortable. Getting there is a little tricky, but once we arrived, they brought the promised lemonade and caprese bruschetta. We liked the lunch and dinner. Food prices seemed fair, though the wine was expensive. Breakfast was fine, just nothing special. There’s no shampoo or air conditioning, but the heating works really well in winter. My partner and I had a good time and would gladly come back.

The rooms are comfortable, with lovely design touches, and the service is excellent. The grounds are also a real highlight, a huge, beautifully maintained park full of trees and plants. I’d happily come back for a stay of several days.
