Mirador de Estrellas

The owners were so attentive, and the cabins had everything we needed. We loved the scenery, the lovely pool, and the walk down to the river. It made for an incredible vacation and a one-of-a-kind experience. We didn’t want to leave, and we’ll be back this year!

We spent 12 incredible days here, and the staff made us feel looked after the whole time. They checked in often, kept everything spotless, and brought breakfast right to our cabin each day. Silvita was especially sweet with my 3-year-old daughter, even when she drove her crazy. The rest of the staff were great too, and the owner was fantastic. I’d mixed up the photos and booked a two-person cabin, so he moved us to one for four and gave me two dinners in Mina Clavero for free. The location is a dream, with mountains behind the resort, fresh air, and lovely views even in the rain. Our cabin had Wi-Fi, TV apps including Netflix, its own grill and oven, and all the comforts we needed. There’s a pool for kids and adults, a jacuzzi, and a private path down to the river, with a walk back up to the cabin afterward. Families with little kids or couples looking for a romantic break would both be happy here. Thanks, Emma and team. We’ll definitely return. ❤️

The cabin was spotless and comfortable, and the setting and location were lovely. The shower was frustrating because there was no way to regulate the hot water, which swung between too hot and too cold. I’m not sure what caused it. On our first morning, breakfast was missed because of a communication mix-up. We asked for it, and they brought it right away.

Being by the Los Remansos River, with those mountain views and comfortable apartments, makes this a magical place to spend a vacation. The service from Ema and Vir was exceptional. I’d recommend coming here to connect with nature, relax, or practice yoga.
