The pool is spacious, clear, and so well cared for that it’s one of the best in Federación. The garden is lovely too, neatly kept and beautifully lit. The location is perfect, and cleanliness is impeccable throughout. The apartments are comfortable, with hot water and strong shower pressure. The mattresses are firm and well padded, so we slept really well. Breakfast is served in a bright, pleasant room. Service from the owners shows in the details, and Viviana at reception and the young woman on the evening shift were especially warm, kind, and helpful. Everything worked smoothly and exceeded expectations. A lovely place to relax.

Everyone provided excellent service, and breakfast was good. It’s a quiet hotel with a well-kept pool that usually isn’t crowded. Even when there are more people around, the atmosphere stays peaceful. The pool hours are flexible and can sometimes be extended a little.

The pool was spotless, and we enjoyed it throughout our stay. The place is very well cared for overall, and the managers were all kind and ready to help. It was quiet, more suited to couples or older people. Kids felt out of place here. There are some maintenance issues: the faucet washers need attention, the shower leaked constantly, and the TV is very old, with no apps even for logging into your own account on a rainy day to watch a movie. Parking also needs improvement when it gets busier, since there may be no space. That happened to us on the last day, fortunately. The owners were very involved with the place, which is positive as long as it doesn’t become intrusive. They sometimes argued with each other.

The room felt like a little house, with everything I needed, and breakfast was really generous: cookies, toast with cheese, butter and jam, croissants, and sponge cakes. The hotel is beautiful, and I had a wonderful weekend 🤩. I’d definitely come back.
