Good service, and the hotel is right across from the thermal park.

That old air conditioner was the only real problem. It made a lot of noise and eventually stopped cooling, so it really needs replacing. Otherwise, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the view lovely. It’s close to everything and quiet, with good service and a delicious breakfast. There’s also a pool and several spots to relax and have a drink.

We had a comfortable two-bedroom suite at a good price, and the hotel has pleasant shared spaces. Everything we needed was there. The place was very clean and well maintained, service was very good, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options.

Lilian and Mauricio gave us spectacular service, and the hotel was really nice. It’s close to the hot springs but away from the crowds. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

I’ve stayed here twice and have been treated very well both times. It’s close to the thermal baths, and the breakfast is excellent. Everything is clean and well cared for. I love this hotel and would happily come back.
