Altos Verdes

The resort grounds are spectacular, with lots of greenery, a kids' playground, room to exercise, and lovely pools and water slides. The bungalow could use attention, though. It felt neglected, the lighting was poor, not all the chairs were there, the TV was mounted on the ceiling, and the two-burner stove was awkward to use. Breakfast also needs work. One person handles the tables, so you can't serve yourself or choose what you'd like. Even the fruit comes already cut, and the woman serving doesn't wear gloves. The gluten-free option was disappointing too, just the same small basket of items each day.

Gabriela and Elsa made our weekend with friends feel perfect. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The cabins were spotless and comfortable, and the grounds and pools were just as carefully kept. The river views are stunning too. Thanks for making us feel so at home. We'll definitely be back!

The owners run the place themselves, and their warmth made us feel right at home. It's clean and tidy, breakfast is included, and the location right on the river is lovely. The place is beautiful and has all the comforts.
