We were a quiet family, but from the minute we arrived the owner laid down a thousand rules, including extra charges if you left lights on. The way we were treated was awful, unlike any family accommodation we've stayed in. It doesn't match what the website promises, either. Apparently even asking for a table big enough for everyone was too much. I wouldn't recommend it or return.
The manager was completely unprofessional and no help at all, with less tact than Edward Scissorhands. The place is poorly maintained too: I picked up a towel and the bar came off in my hand. They include electricity in the stay price, but the air conditioning feels like it needs a coin slot, as if they can't afford the power bill. We'll never book here again. It's a shame, though it does explain why the place is empty in mid-February.
Really comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and everything was very clean. There's parking too. Great hotel!
Horrible upkeep, with cockroaches as big as dogs. The bathroom doors don't even have lock cylinders. A disgrace for the price.
The place was neat, the atmosphere comfortable, and the service excellent.
