The breakfast choices were limited, but everything was fresh and tasty. The room was spacious and had a very good mattress. There was no daily cleaning service, and the bathroom dispensers were empty, with no toiletries.

We stayed from December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026 for New Year's Eve. The room was very well equipped, the pool was lovely, and the service was excellent. It's a beautiful place in a great spot facing the river.

We stayed from February 11th to February 18th, 2026, for Carnival, and the nightly rate was 180,000. We left two nights early because my wife wanted to return, and Mr. Marcelo gave us a free night. Thank you, Mr. Marcelo. You have a beautiful place and a staff that's hard to find, such nice people. He assigned us apartment 11 on the first floor and let us bring our French bulldog. It was 40-50 square meters, with a large anteroom, jacuzzi, comfortable shower and bathroom, a big refrigerator, and an electric kettle. There was no stove or cooktop, and the water pressure was low, so filling the jacuzzi took a long time. The king-size bed had a very comfortable mattress, and there was a large TV with DirecTV. We also appreciated the indoor and outdoor parking and the location. The complex is spectacular, with an amazing pool, well-maintained water, comfortable lounge chairs, and huge umbrellas. Ana at reception is multi-talented, we love you, Ana! One day she showed up all dolled up in makeup, and I thought she was heading to a night shootout. She's going to laugh a lot about that. My namesake, Juan, is a great person and super multi-talented too. At night, the young Ezequiel was always available, no matter the hour.
