The mattresses were comfortable, though the pillows felt too high and firm for me. The room bathroom is quite small and has a handheld shower, which wasn't very comfortable. They provide spotless sheets and towels, and there’s a paid parking space. Small pets are allowed, but there’s no air conditioning. It's a family-run place, and the owners are very welcoming. The shared kitchen and dining room were clean. Breakfast is included, with hot drinks and baked goods; I found the pastries too dry, and would have preferred toast with jam and butter. The breakfast room also feels crowded for the number of tables.

We slept well during our three nights, and having access to a kitchen for cooking was a nice option, even though we didn't end up using it. I did feel the breakfast, parking, and room service could all be better.

We were comfortable, and the service was excellent. Thanks for everything.

Carlos made us feel very welcome and was a fantastic host. Breakfast was really good, and the place is close to the center. For the price, it was good value. A TV in the room would be handy on rainy days.
