The studio was comfortable and well located, which makes this frustrating. The listing said an American-style breakfast was included, but none was brought. After I raised it on WhatsApp, they ignored my messages. That felt disrespectful and inconsiderate. If they'd replied, I would have rated the stay differently. I had just checked out when I wrote this.

We were very grateful for everything. The apartment was quiet, safe, and comfortable, with all the amenities and services we needed, and the service was spectacular. I highly recommend it. If we come back, we'd choose them again.

I booked this hotel in October and had to pay the full amount upfront, with no deposit. When a personal issue came up, I canceled two weeks beforehand, but they refused to give my money back. After that, they stopped answering my calls.

Liliana is very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had, really generous and complete. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out and very secure, with entry codes, just a few blocks from the city center. It suits two people only, and you'll need to use stairs to get in. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to the city. Highly recommended.
