We loved the pool area and found the hotel very clean. My husband and I stayed for 3 days, and Andres, the owner, and his staff were great. The place is away from the noisy tourist area of Las Grutas.

Clean, spacious rooms and super friendly owners and staff. The breakfast is basic. It was a nice stay for about 45 USD, but I wouldn't expect to pay much more.

10/10
The heated pool is set in a well-designed area, the beds are super comfortable, and breakfast has plenty of variety. Everyone who serves you is welcoming and incredibly respectful. The atmosphere is peaceful and very family-friendly, and the service is excellent. Food is delicious and reasonably priced, too. It's near the La Rinconada beach access, in a quiet spot away from the city center. The internet signal is excellent. The only thing I missed was being able to watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV on gloomy days.

Our room for three was large and had lots of storage, which is always useful. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again. The hotel is lovely, clean, and the room is cleaned every day. The staff are attentive and helpful. There's a pool, parking, and breakfast, and they provide pool towels as well as the ones in the room. The only thing I'd add is an ice cream shop or a mini-fridge.

The service was outstanding right from arrival. The hotel is clean and tidy, and it has excellent covered parking with security, which isn't very common in this area. The rooms are spacious and laid out well, with comfortable closets, a bathroom, and a separate vanity area. A mini-fridge is the one thing missing from the rooms.
