The service is excellent.

Just average.

We were four people on a family trip from January 24th to 26th, 2026, staying in the largest dome. When it rained one night, water came in from all over: through the ceiling and down the electrical wire and lamp, around the window frames, and onto the upstairs beds. We put the trash can and my portable cooler out to catch it, trying to keep water from running across the floor toward the outlets and the room below. Even the plants inside the dome had to be moved into the shade to catch leaks. We couldn’t sleep, and it was so distressing. Our clothes on the sofas got soaked, our shoes were drenched, and there was nowhere to put anything with water everywhere. The dining room sofas were wet too, and water stains on the furniture made it seem like this had happened before. We called for help, but no one answered and there was nobody to turn to. We told the staff the next day, but they acted as if they knew nothing. They said our messages and videos hadn’t arrived because they had a different phone.

My daughter went on her graduation trip and had a horrible experience. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the water was freezing, and all they did was make the beds. Dinner was awful, the fruit was rotten, and the beds looked like they might break. Someone could open the window from outside, and there was much more wrong too.
