The property is spotless and the staff are attentive. Pets are welcome, and we were very satisfied with the service. There’s a lot here: duplexes for four or six people, with breakfast in a shared dining room; two outdoor pools and a large heated pool with a sauna; indoor and outdoor gyms; volleyball, soccer, and paddle tennis courts; plus a lounge with ping-pong and foosball. They also offer excellent massages, laundry, and lunch and dinner by order. In the afternoon, there’s a poolside bar serving drinks and smoothies. A lovely surprise in San Luis, between Los Molles and Cortaderas, 13 km from Merlo.

I’m staying here now, and the big park is the best part, with room to enjoy the outdoors and views of the mountains. The hotel allows small and medium-sized dogs, and they can go with their owners in almost all areas, which is great if you bring a pet. The apartments are quite spacious, and both the outdoor pools and the heated pool are kept very clean. The staff provide outstanding service. The one thing they could improve is the range of options at the breakfast buffet.

The manager and his family were outstanding, and the rest of the staff were just as attentive. The restaurant food was really good, all homemade and reasonably priced. A beautiful place with a beautiful view, ideal for families.

Lidia and Rodolfo took excellent care of us. The complex has everything for a comfortable stay, with plenty of services and things to do, so you don’t have to leave once you arrive. One thing that would help is a large meeting room. At the moment, when several families stay together, the only option is to gather on the verandas of the cabins, which can make organizing things difficult.
