The location and service were good, but the place needs renovating. You can hear all the noise from your neighbors.

We stayed in the apart, where you can have lunch if there aren't tables available to use. The pool is a 10, and the parking means you don't have to move the car, with everything just meters from the basilica. The service was spectacular, and the morning attendant was super helpful with breakfast. It also has a gym and sauna. Really good attention, honestly.

The view over the basilica from the pool and terrace is breathtaking. The hotel is warm and very comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and all the staff gave outstanding service. Such warmth, 100/100.

The price was good for what you get. The room was clean and in good condition, though a little small, and the bathroom was small too, so it could be tough for a tall person. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Celeste greeted us and was especially attentive.

Gustavo deserves a special mention for always being attentive and helpful, with a solution for every question. We'll definitely return. The hotel is very good overall and perfectly located for visiting the Basilica. One bit of constructive criticism: the linens and pillows are due for a change.
