The location is a big plus: about 150 meters from the beach and right near the start of Mar de las Pampas. Cleanliness was generally fine, and Leo was always helpful. The owners are often around too and are friendly. I've stayed here several times, and it's clear they've made improvements over the years, but there are still things that would make a loft stay more comfortable. The kitchen had pots and a colander, but was missing basics like a frying pan, grill, toaster, and potato masher. There was no hairdryer in the room; you can ask for one, though getting one depends on availability. More storage, like a clothes rack and a chest of drawers, would mean not having to keep opening suitcases. The Wi-Fi has always been weak and cuts out a lot. The pool is cold rather than heated, and it stays empty, which is a shame. It's a good, nice, affordable place, and I hope they keep renovating and add a few more thoughtful touches.

The beach is about 200 meters away, across a dune, in a quiet and beautiful spot near the border of Mar de las Pampas and Las Gaviotas. The centers of Mar Azul and Mar de las Pampas are three and five blocks away, respectively. The location is excellent, and the price is good for what you get. Breakfast is generous, and the pool water was warm in the afternoons when we got back from the beach. During peak season, there's a manager on site who's ready to help. Service, cleanliness, water pressure, and towels were all very good. I recommend it.

The owners and staff were attentive, and the price was very good. Our room was laid out well, everything worked, and all the amenities were available. The park was clean, the pool spotless, and there was always hot water. It was a great place, with nature around and a TV too. Recommended.

Leo and Blanca were great, always around if we needed anything. The place was very clean, towels and toilet paper were replaced, and we always found parking in the garage. They also lent us beach chairs, and there was an alarm clock in the room. The location near the beach was good. We had a pleasant stay, but wouldn't come back. The rooms felt cheaply finished and very basic, even though the price was a little lower than other places. We came with a baby and there wasn't a proper crib, just a bunk bed they called a crib. The pool was described as having air conditioning, but it felt freezing every time I checked. Breakfast was filling but average, mostly flour-based, and one morning the bread and croissants were stale. We'd pay a bit more for somewhere better next time.
