Good evening! We’ve just returned from this beautiful place, and I highly recommend it. Families with children of any age should definitely go. The staff’s service was 10/10 and the recreation was outstanding. Julián and Agustín are fantastic and so dedicated to their work. My children and the whole family came away happy. The kids’ club was a highlight for us. The staff are enthusiastic, the activities are wonderful, and the children had a fantastic time. Our three days in the woods were such a lovely family break. The luxury apartment was comfortable and very well equipped, especially the beds and cushions, which felt just like home. The complex was spotless, the staff helpful and organized, and breakfast was excellent. The spa is beautiful too. One suggestion: a unisex bathroom would help a father assist his daughter, or a mother her son. Ave Negra could expand its menu a little, and the bicycles were a bit worn from the salt air, though we still used them. I like that they’re available to guests. Thanks to everyone. We spent two weeks here with our family. The service was good, and the rooms were fine. The place itself is nice, though it has changed a lot since we came three years ago. We couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool even once because it was always crowded with at least 10 children. They don’t limit how many people can use it at a time, so it was basically only the children who got to use it. Most days were cloudy and not very warm, but the pool still wasn’t an option for us. Breakfast was okay, with limited variety but acceptable. The toasters only warmed the bread, taking around 10 minutes to toast it. We reported this, but nothing was done. Rooms are on the third floor, and access is by stairs.

I’m missing that bed already, it felt like sleeping on a cotton cloud. Breakfast was a feast, and I loved the coffee. The pools were perfect, and there’s even a chubby black cat I love! The cabin was gorgeous, just steps from the beach, with a fully equipped kitchen and a patio full of plants. The spa staff were wonderful, from the receptionist to the expert treatment provider who made me feel so comfortable. I can’t remember their names right now :'( Every staff member was friendly and professional. Ave Negra, the restaurant, deserves its own excellent review.
