I booked two rooms for one person each, and they had to move me twice. In the first room there were no outlets except in the bathroom. I asked for a slipper, and they handed it over with a warning to unplug it when I bathed, since there wasn't even a shower curtain and I could basically get electrocuted. Then a spider dropped onto the headboard. In the second room, the bed was on a different level, the sheets were torn, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach. At 6 in the morning, light filled the third room, and when I went to lower the blinds, there weren't any. The mattress in my old room sagged so badly that sitting down meant touching the bed's wood. The toilet didn't flush in any bathroom. I asked them to take the price into account after everything that happened in just a few hours. They wanted to charge the same amount, even though the hotel was EMPTY, and ended up telling me to leave. I had to look for somewhere else, and luckily the RID hotel came up. Beautiful, and only a few blocks away. I'll file a complaint with consumer protection about all of this.

The room and bathroom were on the small side, but the hotel was very clean throughout and offered good value. Breakfast was good, and the service was excellent: friendly, organized, and family-friendly, with helpful advice. It's half a block from the beach and a few blocks from the pedestrian area, shopping malls, and theaters. I'd recommend it if you're not expecting too much, and I'd stay there again without hesitation.

We arrived at night with the kids and got a really warm welcome. The young man who showed us to the room was so kind and stayed available until we left early. He even came upstairs to wake me so I wouldn't sleep in! Haha. Thanks so much. It felt very safe, especially for a family, and I'd definitely come back. Highly recommended. Cheers!

I had a wonderful vacation here. The inn is quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and all the staff were very friendly. The single room has everything you need: a wardrobe, small table, nightstand, and private bathroom. My only complaint is the very thin mattress, which was hard on my sciatica.

Good value and a very good location. We were told someone was on duty around the clock to let guests in, so we could come and go whenever we wanted. But after dinner on Saturday night, it took the guard an hour to open up. We rang the bell again and again, called the hostel phone with no answer, and banged on the door.
