The calm atmosphere made it easy to rest and switch off, and from the moment we arrived we felt at home. We came for a vacation and found a warm place where you can see how much care goes into the details. The service stood out most: everyone was friendly, helpful, and clearly put their heart into what they do. We also discovered values and principles we share as a family, which made the stay feel especially meaningful. Thanks for making us so comfortable. We'd happily come back! 💛

The hotel is in excellent shape, clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and its location made getting around easy since it's close to everything. What really made the stay enjoyable, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, kind, attentive, and ready to help from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and very complete, too. It's an authentic place with a charm of its own, and somewhere we'd want to return to.

I stayed here on my own and felt comfortable the whole time. The rooms were cool and comfortable, the hot water was great, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. Breakfast was fresh and generous, and the cleaning was good. The management and cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and someone was always around if I had a question or needed anything. It delivers on what it promises. A shout-out to the Dominican guy, he's a star, and to the doormen who really held things together all night! 😆✌🏻

We left disappointed. The bathroom had no hand soap, and the shower was above the toilet. When we tried it, barely any water came out, it kept stopping, then quit altogether. The room also looked nothing like the social media videos we booked from: the nightstands were dirty and the mattress was a disaster. Breakfast was just as different from the video, with tiny 5cm x 5cm ham and cheese squares and no croissants at all. We paid $85,000 COP per night. If rooms vary, that should be made clear at booking, with different prices so guests can choose.
