Hotel Sutna Ospin

A very nice hotel for the price, and good value. I'd add curtains to the bathrooms, though.

We had to go elsewhere in the end, and after reading the reviews I can see we weren't the only ones. When we arrived with a Booking.com reservation, they said the account was fake and there was nothing under my name. We called Booking.com's customer service number. A guy called "Pablo" said that was a lie and told me to ask for someone named "Alejandro." Once I mentioned him, they contacted Alejandro, who said Pablo was a guest posing as an employee to scam people. The whole situation was bizarre. They offered no solution and gave us no confidence.

Alejandro's service was excellent, and the hotel meets all the requirements for a really comfortable stay. Congratulations, it's an excellent hotel!

The Shining Hotel seems pleasant compared with this place. The reception felt like a nightmare: the staff showed no courtesy or respect, as if having guests book rooms bothered them. Management was rude and offered no solutions. Our room didn't have a working flush toilet, so we couldn't use it for even the most basic needs. There was no hot water, and we were told to let it run for 40 minutes. The room was never cleaned while we were out for a whole day, and the sheets and towels hadn't been changed or replaced. The rooms also look nothing like the pictures. This was truly awful service. Don't waste your time; spend your money somewhere decent.
