Breakfast comes with the apartment, and the living area is comfortable. The mattress is soft, the sheets decent, and the bathroom roomy. Still, the hot water was unreliable and the bedroom air conditioning didn't work, which made the apartment very hot. The furniture also feels cheap and dated. With those issues, it seems a little overpriced.

The room was clean, the bed linen was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The location is handy for restaurants and ATMs, and the front desk staff were great, always ready to help. Internet was awful, though, and the room could use some renovation. Those are the few reasons I gave it four stars.

English speakers, beware. The hotel looks nice at first, but I don't think it deserves four stars at all. The cleaner never cleaned our room or brought towels, and I woke up covered in flea bites. They also never let us use the pool. Breakfast was stale bread and cereal. The worst part was that all our money was stolen by the cleaner. When I told the front desk, he said to come back in the morning, even though he knew I had to leave by 7 am. The next person on duty said he couldn't do anything and told me to go to the police. Afterward I saw Spanish-language reviews describing the same thing in January this year. At check-in, the cashier tried to force us to pay in cash even though we had a debit card, and made us pay upfront. Because of this unprofessional service, we had to travel seven hours without money for food or water. Please think twice before booking. Guests' money gets stolen, and this seems to happen repeatedly.

Breakfast was very good, and the place was clean with good service. The location was good too. A few details kept it from being a five-star stay for me.

The staff were outstanding, and the room was fabulous. Great value, too.
