Pamela, the manager, was the best part of the stay. She’s incredibly kind and attentive. The apartment was large, with two bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning in the rooms, and lovely views from the rooms and living room. The pool was spectacular. We could get around the center without taxis, and the drinking water had good pressure. Hot water was always there when we showered. There were TVs with TV included and YouTube, plus an electric kettle, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils. Since we booked before prices went up, they gave us a rate somewhere between our original price and the new one. The main issue was cleaning. It needed a deep clean, especially the armchairs, floor, bathroom, and very dirty curtains. The bidet was odd, the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and the cutlery didn’t match. There was no soap, barely any paper, and almost no detergent, so we bought those things and disinfectant ourselves. It was worth what we paid, but cleaning shouldn’t be negotiable. I’m mentioning these details so the next guest has a better stay. I recommend it, but they should improve that.

Pamela was a big help, and the place was comfortable and in a great location. Everything else was excellent too. One small thing, a Smart TV in the living room would’ve been nice so we could watch Netflix while eating. I forgot to take a picture of the living room, but it was very comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, in a great location, and the appliances and kitchen utensils were well supplied. Demetrio and Juan, the doormen we met, and Pamela were all friendly and helpful. The pool, barbecue grill, and gym on the 4th floor were roomy and comfortable. Good value for money. Cleaning needs attention. We had to disinfect the kitchen ourselves because it smelled unpleasant, and the deep cleaning should be better. Wi-Fi dropped out sometimes. Alejandro, who manages the barbecue grill, gym, and pools, could be friendlier and less arrogant with guests. Getting luggage between the garage and rooms is awkward: you have to take the garage elevator down to the ground floor, enter the building, then use another elevator to go up.

There’s a pool and gym, and the apartment is very nice. It’s close to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Parking costs extra, but the rates are reasonable.
