Gala Apartments

The location is right in the center, on an avenue with easy access to other places, and the apartment was clean and really beautiful. We were surprised by how low the rental price was when we booked, especially judging by the photos, but the place ended up being even better than we expected. The owner was very friendly and flexible about arranging everything. It's affordable and works well for families. Definitely deserves 5/5.

It’s morning and things have only gotten worse! They’re running around over our apartment, apparently on purpose, in high heels. There’s shouting and loud music, and nobody is doing anything about it. Absolutely dreadful!!!!!

We’re trying to sleep before packing up and travelling, but it’s 1:30 a.m. on 12.09/25 and the people upstairs are making a huge racket. Furniture is being dragged, they’re shouting and laughing loudly, and the music is blaring. It honestly sounds like they’re wrecking the apartment above us. This is unacceptable in a hotel. I went to reception to ask them to deal with it, and the noise seemed to get worse afterward, if anyone even asked the guests to quiet down. It’s exhausting and stressful to be awake at this hour when we have to get our bags together and continue the trip soon. People seem to think that paying means they can behave however they want and carry on as late as they like, even when someone asks them to show some basic respect. The hotel can still step in and insist on quiet. A terrible experience!!!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with an interior patio. We slept well on the mattresses, and the shower was great. The small pool was enough for a dip and some sun, and the place was quiet and centrally located. The kitchen had what we needed and everything worked, though it was short on utensils for anyone who likes cooking. Reception staff were attentive, and housekeeping less so. We noticed some money missing, so we'd keep our cash somewhere else next time. The safe uses a key rather than a digital lock. We were comfortable overall and would happily come back.
