We used to stay here from 2010 to 2018, when it was worth coming. The place is exactly the same now, though, with no upkeep at all. Nothing gets painted or fixed, and it feels stuck in the past. My cousin was given a bucket in his room because the toilet flush button didn't work. The worst was our room flooding with muddy water while the night guard just watched with his arms crossed. Our bags, shoes, everything got soaked. The towels are a mystery too: they take them in the morning to clean them but don't replace them. If you want a shower that afternoon, tough luck. You have to ask the next morning to get one, since they won't bring it on their own. My wife wanted to leave, but I talked her into staying because we were there as a family and 15 guests were coming the next day for a barbecue. That's the one good thing, spending the day there as a guest. As a little “gesture” for the mess, our guests were charged $15.000 instead of $20.000 for the day. A joke. Never again!

We had a very good time on earlier visits, so it was disappointing to lose one of the two days we booked this time. The place is pleasant, the food very good, and the service adequate, but we couldn't use the pool in the morning or enjoy the facilities because more than 50 children were there for the summer school activities. No one told us when we booked that the establishment also operated as a summer school. Guests should be given that information in advance so they can decide whether they want to stay under those conditions.

The pool was dirty, the complex overcrowded, and just two people seemed to be trying to handle a huge mess. Disorganization, poor service, and no solutions were what we got. The bigger problem was the attitude: people acted as if everything was fine while the place was falling apart. Nobody seems to listen, take responsibility, or improve things. I wouldn't repeat the experience, and I'd warn others to read the reviews. They all say the same thing. 🚩

We've gone there each summer for several years to spend the day by the pool. The last few times it was really dirty and looked a little neglected.
