NH Mendoza Cordillera

Bianca at reception was a huge help when a problem with my flights came up. Really great service, thank you!

Juan, the receptionist, speaks excellent English and gave us useful advice about things to do around Mendoza and places to eat outside the hotel. He also recommended a great tour operator, so we could explore the region without any hassle. We stayed several days and had a great time. The hotel was clean and good value for money. Thanks, Juan.

My plans for Mendoza and Argentina fell apart completely when I got sick. The staff at NH were incredibly helpful while I tried to sort everything out. Juan and Bianca deserve special thanks for helping with changes to my flight itinerary and some last-minute side effects from my illness. Great service.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the central square. Breakfast was included, with a good mix of hot and cold food, sweet and savory items, and fruit. The free coffee, though, was watery and not good. You can pay 12,000 ARS (about €7) for a capsule coffee instead, so coffee lovers should be ready to pay extra for a decent cup. Our spacious, clean double matrimonial room had a King size bed, a firm mattress, and a choice of soft or firmer pillows. It also had a small TV, working Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a safe box, and an electronic key. The air conditioner was very noisy. The bathroom wasn't very clean and had a strong sewer smell. Shower gel and shampoo were provided, but the towels were old and frayed. The best parts were the location and the helpful receptionists; the bathroom, noisy A/C, and free coffee were the main drawbacks.
