Bad.

The pool area is excellent, with loungers, umbrellas, and towels provided, and the staff were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good too, with the basics like toast, cold cuts, cheese, jam, pastries, rolls, and fruit. You can also get half-board at two nearby restaurants. The hotel is older but well maintained. Rooms are small, the beds a little narrow, and the decor feels straight out of the '90s, though the bathroom is really nice and comfortable.

My son and I left very happy and hope to be back in Mendoza soon. The hotel is older but well cared for and worth its price, with a really central location in the hotel district. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. What made the stay especially wonderful was the outstanding service: from the blonde women at reception and the curly-haired gentleman with glasses to housekeeping and the breakfast team, everyone made us feel welcome. The service was excellent. ♥️ 🇨🇱🇦🇷

The patio and pool were beautiful and clean, with a table, lounger, umbrella, and hammock. There's also a gym if you want to keep up your workouts or need something to do on a rainy day. We didn't use the sauna or jacuzzi. We stayed five days with my two young daughters, and the staff were wonderful throughout, from reception to housekeeping and breakfast. Our room was small but enough for us. The decor is dated, as some people have said, but it didn't bother me. It had air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV, and our beds were made every day. The bathroom was bright and spacious, with a hairdryer, towels, and a bidet. The shower pressure was so strong we had to turn it down. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: fruit, pastries, cakes, toast, cheese, butter, dulce de leche, ham and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and more, along with coffee, tea, milk, and cocoa. The view from the breakfast area is lovely. I have no complaints and would return and recommend it. I thought the value for the price was excellent.
