Parada del Sol

Diego and Alicia were consistently kind and attentive. The scenery is hard to put into words, and we had a spectacular few days. With direct river access from the hotel, plus a pool, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended.

Alicia and Diego treated us so well, from our first conversation about renting the cabin right through our stay. They made us feel like royalty. We’re wishing them a fantastic 2026 and hope to see them again soon, with love from Ander and Julieta. The cabin was extremely spacious, comfortable, and truly well equipped. The second-floor bedroom had a balcony with unbeatable views and direct access to the river. The pool was fantastic, always clean and well maintained, as was everything else there. The place is wonderful, hard to describe in just a couple of sentences.

We’ve come back to Parada del Sol for the second year in a row. It’s a great spot to relax and feel close to nature, and Diego’s kindness is the extra touch that makes the difference. The cabin has everything we need: a super comfortable bed, memory foam pillows, a refrigerator, dishes, Wi-Fi, and hot water. But the views are WONDERFUL.

We had such a lovely welcome from the owners at this dreamlike spot, perfect for a quiet break in nature. The cabins were comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The beautiful pool looks out over the river, which you can reach by a private ramp. Highly recommended, and I’d return without hesitation!
