Milagros, the manager, was always attentive if we needed anything. The place feels harmonious and welcoming, and it’s very comfortable. There are healthy choices at breakfast, too. I’d definitely come back! 🙌🏼🤙🏽🌊

I won’t come back. Before booking, I checked whether breakfast had gluten-free options, and they said it did, so I booked feeling reassured. I reminded them again at check-in, but when I went down on Sunday morning, nobody seemed to know what celiac disease was. They brought croissants and flour toast alongside the gluten-free toast. Even the sugar was loose, with no gluten-free label, and they couldn’t tell me what it was. Patricia was lovely, but she didn’t understand what I was asking. If they’re going to promote a continental or healthy breakfast, they need to do more research. A disaster!

I especially appreciated Lucila, who I dealt with most and who made my stay much easier. Everyone on staff was helpful throughout. The common areas and my room were spotless, and the shared space was a lovely place to unwind at the start of the day. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My room was small, but just right for one person, and very comfortable. Guests can use the space for lunch or keep things in the refrigerator. There’s also a storage area for beach gear, which I thought was a great idea. The place feels lovely and welcoming, and it’s comfortable and very well located. I hope to return. Highly recommend it for the value.

Ana María and her team make all the difference. They’re warm, kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive to even the smallest details. I’m so glad I picked this hotel for my time in Miramar. See you soon!
