The receptionists and owners were excellent, attentive, and available at all times. The location is great, close to everything, especially the beach and restaurants. The room was too small, and its bedding was quite old and stained. The bathroom was uncomfortable and didn't have a convenient place to shower, so the rooms and bathrooms could use improvement.

We were seated right across from Plaza La Vista this time, which was fantastic. The location is great, and the service is always excellent.

I had the front room looking onto the square, and the music made it hard to sleep. The room and bathroom were both very basic.

The room was on the small side, but the beds were really comfortable, and the sheets, towels, and everything else were spotless. Lili and her children, who own the place, gave us excellent service. The bathroom had no bathtub, though, and breakfast meant going somewhere else. The cafeteria was disappointing, and the waiters' service was very poor. Still, the hotel was highly recommended and good value for the price. Necochea was beautiful too.

We had a room overlooking the plaza, so we could enjoy the shows from there. They also let us bring our dog and found us a garage when parking nearby proved difficult. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the service was exceptional.
