Hotel Moderno Necochea

The rooms were noisy, especially from the street. The windows and doors don't seal well, and the walls are thin. The food and service were good, and the place was clean otherwise.

I’d recommend Hotel Moderno if you want a straightforward stay where the basics are handled reliably. The rooms are valued for being clean, with comfortable beds, good showers, and enough space to rest, and a quiet setting or decent soundproofing matters a lot, especially on a longer visit. When breakfast is decent, common areas are kept up, and the staff are responsive, the stay becomes more enjoyable. People want to feel comfortable, safe, and respected, not surprised every day. The hotel also makes sense for travelers who value location and easy access, whether that means nearby points of interest or good connections. At check-in, when everything runs smoothly, reception is quick, directions are clear, and the calm atmosphere gives the impression that things are in order. In hospitality, that reliability is the foundation. Hotel Moderno has a practical, well-organized feel and doesn’t make promises it can’t meet. It aims to provide a simple, uncomplicated stay where you can relax. Keeping the essentials in good shape is what makes a hotel recommendable, and this one delivers a dependable experience with cleanliness, rest, and good service.

The mattress felt a bit old, and I’d have liked it to be more comfortable. Also, the window wouldn’t open, so we couldn’t get any natural light into the room. On the plus side, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a new air conditioner that worked perfectly, a very useful small fridge, and a fully renovated bathroom with a good shower. Everything was clean, and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast came with delicious croissants, plenty of variety, and very good coffee with milk. Staff from reception through breakfast were attentive and efficient, and the dedicated female staff were excellent. The common areas had a heated outdoor pool and a roomy, comfortable patio with umbrellas. The location was very good, and the outdoor parking was convenient. It was our first stay at Hotel Moderno, and we were very satisfied.

I've stayed here three times in different years, and it’s been excellent every time. The service, premium rooms, and location have all been great. There’s parking, a pool, breakfast, and games, and everything is kept clean and tidy 👌🏼
