A really nice place to stay. Of the apart-hotels I’ve tried so far, this is the only one with new mattresses, and I could actually get a good rest.

The location was good, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Our room smelled bad as soon as we entered, and the sheets and comforters were stained. The bathroom wouldn’t flush properly, the kitchen was in very poor shape, and we were given just one set of already worn towels. We canceled without using the room. Even though we’d only been there for two hours, they refused to refund any part of what we paid.

We were very satisfied with the spacious room and large bathroom. There was also a kitchenette with some cooking utensils. The place is central, affordable, and good value for money, with excellent service. I highly recommend it.

The damp marks and general wear from age need attention. Otherwise, I’d give it five stars, because you can see the effort and care they put in. It was very clean, the service was excellent, and breakfast was included in the room price. We were only there overnight before leaving for Bariloche the next day, and we slept wonderfully. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Our room had a TV, a ceiling fan, and a kitchen counter with a stove, oven, extractor fan, and a bar separating it from the bedroom. It used to be a really nice hotel, though now it feels a bit run down. For my purposes, it was fine.
