The hotel was okay apart from the room we got on the 10th floor. Noise from the equipment above, the air conditioning, and ventilation was as loud as an airport. It made a restful night impossible, and the staff know about the problem. Avoid the top floor, or the hotel if you can’t.

The room was nice, and breakfast had a great variety. Parking costs an extra 15 bucks, though you can park free on the street in front. The website says the gym is included, but it’s actually a private fitness center a few blocks away, and only open Monday through Friday.

10/10
The rooms are spacious, and the shower is very good. It’s a beautiful place in a handy location. The restaurant is okay, with some good food and wine options. There’s also a pleasant outdoor space where you can sit and smoke a cigar comfortably. 😉

6/10
Cyan Soho Hotel is a fairly standard mid-range option for people working in Neuquen for a few days. It’s about a 10-minute walk from downtown, with pizzerias and beer bars closer by. Parking is limited, and most of the spaces are for light trucks. The breakfast and rooms are nice, though the rooms can feel a bit cold in winter.

The rooms look beautiful, and everything feels new, giving the hotel a great vibe. The breakfast area is also a good place to get work done. I couldn’t find an iron or ironing board in the room, though maybe I just missed them.
