My mother stayed here for 18 days during a really complicated time, and the people made her feel at home. She didn't just have somewhere to stay, she found warmth and wonderful people. It's a comfortable place, and the staff have incredible human qualities.

Right in the city center and inexpensive, this place is easy to recommend. Breakfast is the usual croissants, toast, and jam, with tea or coffee to choose from. There's no parking, which is the one downside, but I'd still recommend it.

We stayed three days and were very comfortable. The mattress, sheets, and blankets were in excellent condition, and the room refrigerator came in handy for my children. The TV was excellent too: they could watch YouTube and the adults could watch Pluto TV. Very good service, highly recommended.

Don't go! We spent two nights there and everything was awful. Staff shouted and chatted loudly in the hallways, so resting was impossible. The TV and Wi-Fi didn't work, the bed was mediocre, and breakfast was terrible. When you say something about the service, they get offended, as if you were just a guest. Truly awful.

The room access was a little tricky, and that should be made clear. My son has a mobility impairment and can walk with difficulty; it could be even harder for others. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The place was very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and spotless linens. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, the service friendly, and the room's air conditioning worked perfectly.
