They’re SCAMMERS. Do NOT go. I paid a $100,000 deposit when I made the reservation on December 2, 2025, and then they DISAPPEARED. I had to find somewhere else to stay just 4 days before my vacation. A disgrace. I spoke to someone who said her name was "Valeria."

Be careful with your time and money. We booked through Booking.com, which is still active for reservations, and paid in advance by bank transfer as requested in exchange for a discount. When we arrived last weekend, they wouldn’t let us in and said they hadn’t charged us. We were left out in the rain with a baby and lost the money. Don’t come here, it’s a scam.

My daughter was injured here ten years ago, and the owners still haven’t taken responsibility. She was playing foosball in a room with glass windows that weren’t safety glass. An employee closed them, and when she tried to leave she walked into the glass. It broke, leaving deep cuts all over her body. She is still self-conscious and ashamed of the scars. The owners gave no medical help and hid from us. With her losing so much blood, we didn’t know where to take her for stitches. They didn’t appear at the trial. There was a ruling, and even after we agreed to a much smaller amount, they still haven’t taken responsibility and keep stalling. I want people to know this isn’t a place to rest, relax, or feel safe. Something could happen to your children or anyone else. Next summer I plan to stand at the hotel entrance and tell people about my daughter’s case. I’ll post about it on social media too, and I have photos that prove what I’ve said. Please find somewhere safer for your vacation.

I never thought this could happen to me because the place exists, but they scam you through Booking.com and then leave the app. With all the scams and lawsuits they have, I don’t know how they’re still in business.
