I’m still here for a couple more days, and so far the stay has been very pleasant. The pool is great, Pablo at reception was excellent, and the girls by the pool kept checking whether we needed help and telling my child about the included activities. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, especially for somewhere near Buenos Aires. The one bad moment was at the entrance: the guard was impolite and didn’t do her job. I waited almost five minutes while she looked at me without letting me in or coming over to greet me.
10/10
Charly really made the evening special, sharing helpful recommendations and going out of his way to make sure we enjoyed Valentine’s. We had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant, with good food at an affordable price.
10/10
There’s a big pool and a small one just for kids, and plenty of alternatives on the menu, though I didn’t try lunch or dinner. The room was comfortable, service was good and very polite, and breakfast was OK. A very nice experience.
6/10
For the price, I expected a lot more. There was almost no natural light in the room, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were oddly designed and inconvenient.
10/10
We use this place for business events. It’s enjoyable and quiet, and the location makes it ideal.
