The grounds are the one decent part, though the pool water was dirty. The place is terribly dirty overall, and even on the days they clean the rooms, which is only every other day, they leave them filthy. The toilet clogs, and the shower has very little water, which is cold. It’s a budget place, but I’ll never come back.

The staff were really friendly and left us alone, so my girlfriend and I had a fantastic time last week. There’s a lovely park and a heated pool, and the resort itself is beautiful. Great value for money. We’ll definitely come back!

The place was well laid out and spacious, and we were very comfortable. It seems suited to couples, with or without a child. The service was good, and everything else was great, though I felt awkward about asking the hotel staff for things. In the kitchen we found only three spoons, two glasses and cups, a kettle, a toaster oven, and a cutting board. In room 32, the shower was too small for my taste, so handling the curtain was awkward. The shaped base meant watching where you stepped, and moving around could accidentally switch the water from hot to cold. I didn’t see the other rooms. The place itself is nice, neat, and tidy.

We spent a week in Tilcara last summer. The room had a kitchen, which was handy when we didn’t want to eat out every time. There’s a lovely park with a pool and outdoor tables, and it’s near the town center and not too far from the beach. Service was always good, and the price was reasonable.
