It used to be such a lovely spot for a family holiday, so I'm sorry to see what it's become. Teenagers now gather there every night, shouting, playing loud music, drinking, and walking around the hotel with bottles. Some are joined by people from outside the resort, which makes the situation feel even less safe. I regret that management allows this and is so absent, letting the resort lose its reputation as a pleasant, special place for families.

This was our first really disappointing stay after five years of coming here. Vacans used to be somewhere we could relax as a family and enjoy the heated pool. Now groups of teenagers take over the whole complex, shouting, slamming doors, running around, bringing in crowds of other kids at all hours, and treating the place like their own home. We can't sleep or rest, and can't use the pool. Nobody seems to step in. The people meant to keep order pass responsibility to the Buenos Aires administration, so no one takes charge. Unless they do something to bring the complex back to how it used to be, this will be our last vacation here.

You can see they're putting effort into the place and renewing appliances. The place is very nice, everything is clean, the towels are spotless, and the dishes are clean too.

Very comfortable, peaceful, safe, and family-friendly, and the place is spotless. I just wish there were more outlets for electronic devices and that the pool stayed open longer.
