Melanie at reception was very helpful, and the manager was a perfect gentleman, kind and friendly. He even introduced me to his family when they popped in. The hotel is lovely, cute, and very clean, with a really comfortable room. The outside pool area was nice for relaxing after a busy day exploring. Breakfast was good, though it would've been nice to have eggs. Highly recommended.

The hosts pointed us toward some great places to eat and drink in Puerto Iguazu, and they were welcoming and spoke English quite well. The place itself is lovely, with a pool and a nice patio.

The room had a thermopompe and a safe, and the property was very clean. Breakfast was a good buffet, and the small pool with its waterfall was nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. A few things were frustrating, though: there was nowhere to hang a swimsuit, the garbage bin was badly rusted, and the fridge didn't work. A technician came, but the replacement unit also didn't work.

You can refill your water bottles here, which is handy. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Great service.

We got to check in early even though it was off season, and the staff were kind about it. The rooms were clean, and breakfast had a really big spread. It's just off the main road, with food and shops nearby, so it worked well for a short tourist visit.
