We really enjoyed the pool and its bar, plus our balcony, which had a table and chairs. The hotel is well placed for walking to the popular part of town and small supermarkets, and tour buses can pick you up right there. Our only problem was that the room never got very cold, even with the air conditioning running.

After the Catarataa excursion, it was nice to unwind by the pool or take in the river view. The hotel team was a real highlight of our trip: they were consistently friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. We also enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner. Very recommendable!

There was a disco downstairs and the noise went on all night. Sleeping was impossible. At 4 a.m. I could barely make out what the receptionist was saying; he told me the only thing he could do was inform the manager.

The welcome at reception was nice, the surroundings were pleasant, and the swimming pool was good. Still, the music by the pool was so loud all night, until 4:00 AM, that there was no way to sleep from any room. It would have been five stars for me, but that noise cost it the last one. Best next hotel in town, and worth a stay if you can sleep through the music.

The view and pool area are the only good parts, though there aren’t even umbrellas there. The rooms are old, dirty, and awful. Service was rude, especially from manager Gabriella Rambo, who was absolutely no help. The food was old and bad, with no choice.
