The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help. Five stars all around, a fantastic experience.

The staff were so friendly, the kind of warmth you don't come across in many places these days. And the hotel is right by the sea, in a really central spot. My one gripe is the flooring. I don't find fabric flooring very hygienic, so I'd like to see that changed. Thank you!

Right in central Puerto madryn, this is a good hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and the bed is king size.

The triple rooms look out toward the back, which is a shame. Still, the price is very reasonable for the current economic climate and includes parking, so it's good value. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the lovely sea view from the breakfast area. The staff were attentive and really friendly, and the hotel's location is excellent. We'd happily come back!
