The grounds are lush with vegetation and the pool is amazing. It hardly feels like you're in Patagonia. Everything is very well maintained, too.

The complex is lovely and feels safe, in a peaceful area about 12-15 blocks from the pier and town center. Keep in mind these are rental apartments, not a hotel or cabin complex, and quality and amenities can differ between units. You'll probably want a vehicle for shopping or going out to eat.

The park was beautiful, but the heated pool wasn't clean, and not everyone followed the pool rules about wearing a hat and not eating there. The apartment itself gets lots of light, yet several things promised weren't there or didn't work. The whirlpool was out of order, the linens were old and stained, and the bedroom carpets were old, dirty, and stained. They'd said towels would be provided for pool use, but there were none. When the power went out, the water stopped too, leaving the bathroom unusable.

The view is unbeatable, and the pool is kept in great shape. There’s a huge green space, while the apartments are bright and roomy. Such a beautiful place.

Pepe and Estela are wonderfully welcoming. The apartment is really comfortable, the pool is big and inviting, and the location is ideal. Beautiful place!
