We stayed in February 2026, and Matias was a fantastic host. The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for several days. There’s covered parking too, and the beach and beach bars are just steps away. Regards.

We were three and felt very comfortable here. The view is beautiful, and there’s a covered garage. It’s a couple of blocks from the center, far enough to be a bit away from the noise but still close enough to walk there and back. Thanks, Nico, for being so kind and for the tips on places to visit and eat. I hope we can come back.

Our apartment was spacious and had an ocean view, with everything we needed, including a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. It’s half a block from the waterfront avenue and four blocks from Roca Avenue, one of Madryn’s main avenues. Nico was a great host and very attentive to what we needed. We highly recommend it!

The service was great too, they were always around if anything came up. I stayed in 1ro B, which was comfortable for four people, bright, clean, and well equipped. It’s half a block from the beach in a quiet residential area, with an Autoservicio and a really good Panadería just three blocks away. Very good value for the money. I’d happily come back.
