This was our second visit, and I recommend the place for families. The apartments are spacious and child-friendly, with safe beds and everything you need for cooking, plus more. The Wi-Fi works! The owner and his family are very friendly and ready to help with any problem or anything that would make your stay more enjoyable.
The location turned out to be ideal, close to a beautiful, quiet beach. The apartment was warm and comfortable, with excellent mattresses and new towels. Service was very good and welcoming. The one downside was the Wi-Fi: the signal was weak and it never worked. Still, highly recommend it.
Getting there is easy, and the location is fairly good. The heating works well. Cleanliness needs attention in some parts of the apartment and on the dishes. The shower and curtain look quite unpleasant, and the bedding and kitchen utensils are noticeably worn.
I stay at this very nice resort whenever I want to spend a day or two in Madryn. The service is very good, and they let me park my motorcycle inside when I ride there. Every room has an alarm. 10 points.
Apartment 9 is upstairs, and everything was in perfect condition. The WiFi was 10/10. Cristian, the owner, was always available and gave us tips on places to visit. He's very friendly. The location, south of the city, was good. I'd come back and recommend it.
