This is a hostel, and our private-toilet room with a double bed cost 18 usd including breakfast. It was warm and quiet. The shower was a bit short.

The rooms and the place were really clean, and it’s conveniently close to a mountain viewpoint.

We liked it enough to come back, and the staff are very friendly. It’s very clean, and you can use the kitchen. I also appreciate that they provide toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Our room was bigger this time, but the sheets were too small and kept slipping off. Breakfast could be better too, the croissants weren’t very good. Still, the value for money is very good, and we’d stay again if those two things improved.

The photos by Natalia Krause and Marga Carrera give a good idea of the place. It’s an affordable hotel about two or three blocks from Purmamarca Square. We arrived without a reservation and were shown the two rooms available; one was better for size, condition, and bathroom setup. Ours had no TV, and I’m not sure whether any of the rooms do, which may matter to some people. Breakfast is simple, just coffee with milk or tea, toast, butter, jam, and a croissant. The service was pleasant and attentive to whatever we needed. The price feels reasonable for what you get.
