The staff were really sweet, and I found the room and bed comfortable. There was a good range of things at breakfast, plus a small gym that was enough to get some movement in. The hotel is right in the center of Rio Gallegos.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. They made fresh scrambled eggs for us at breakfast, and there was a huge selection of pastries. Breakfast was delicious.

Parking felt secure, and the WiFi worked fine in reception, though it barely worked in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. The rooms were small and relatively clean, but still got extremely hot in March even with the heating turned off.

The room felt like a small apartment and was beautifully furnished and clean. There’s a cafe next door and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and it worked well as a stopover on the way to Ushuaia. One night, a bar next door played really loud music until midnight, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. They do need luggage carts. International travelers should also ask for a special adapter, since the rooms only have Argentinian outlets.
