Miliño Buenos Aires Apart Hotel

I was there because I had an emergency. If I’d had another option, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. The bathrooms were filthy, with dirty toilets, no toilet paper, and showers that didn’t work properly. At 900 pesos, or 60 USD, you can find much better. Try a hostel first. It seems like making money is all they care about, while guests come last.

The people here are extremely friendly, and it’s a comfortable place in a safe part of town, even if it isn’t fancy. Bus stops and restaurants are right nearby, and the B subway line is about a ten-minute walk away.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable, nice, and had everything I needed, including air conditioning. I only stayed one night, but it was a very good experience. The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks from the CAS. Parking is available too, though it costs extra. I’d definitely choose the Apart again.

The condition of the place is deplorable, which is a shame given its nice neighborhood and good location. The rooms are large, with good sheets and towels, but everything feels neglected and run down. It’s as if vandals came through, stole and looted things, and nobody bothered to repair or replace them. The staff do the bare minimum.
