6/10
The room was spacious, but poorly insulated and overheated. Drafts still got in, and there was noise from the roof, maybe birds, as well as even more noise from staff and guests walking around. The hotel is close to the main streets, which is handy, but there were car races and revving motorcycles through the night. I was glad to have earplugs. The price was about right, though the operation could be a lot better. It's a small hotel with an attitude that's only just friendly, and it feels like the problem comes from the top.

We enjoyed our two nights here and I’d definitely stay again. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and there’s parking. You can walk to just about anything nearby. Breakfast was basic, with bread, cereal, coffee, and juice.

Friendly staff, a good location, and good value. The hotel was very clean, the showers were hot, breakfast was basic, and there’s secure parking out back.
