The staff are so friendly and really work to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend the place. Muchas, muchas gracias.

Paloma at reception was attentive, and the price was reasonable. The location is great, with everything close by. There’s a terrace with a grill, a shared dining area, and a kitchen and refrigerator for everyone to use. The room has air conditioning, cable TV, and its own bathroom. I had excellent service and will definitely come back. ☺️

The location works well for exploring the historic center, but the accommodation itself was a disappointment and didn’t live up to what it promised. Breakfast was advertised as included, but it wasn’t. The bathroom was badly cleaned, with hairballs in the shower, ash-covered furniture, and a toilet bowl full of vomit. The sheets were dirty and were never changed.

The room felt unsafe, with space for 10 people but nowhere to store anything. It was very small, poorly ventilated, and extremely hot, with no air conditioning even though Booking.com says there is. The bathroom has no windows, poor ventilation, and was unsanitary. There are two showers, but the owners said only one could be used. The hosts were unfriendly and impolite, making us uncomfortable. They didn’t greet us or introduce themselves, and didn’t give us a receipt for the stay. The photos make the place look nice, but it isn’t. There isn’t enough comfortable space for the number of guests it claims to accommodate.
