Urquiza Apart Hotel & Suites

My employer put me up here for work at a nearby school. We stayed in room 207 for more than 3 months under the booking name Pomford. The front desk staff were faultless, but we often found other staff rude and dismissive. As English people, we heard staff members insulting us, apparently thinking we couldn't understand Spanish. I had half a million pesos stolen from my wallet by room service. When I spoke with the manager, we were insulted and disrespected the whole time. We were left powerless and robbed. The manager was consistently rude, lazy and insulting. I strongly recommend people don't stay here. Staff here are dishonest and rude, and capable of stealing. Upper management are either doing nothing to resolve problems or, at worst, complicit. This establishment has serious problems.
